Irushi Gunathilake and Pragithya Jayawardana were extremely helpful on the sale of our property, and Riyasha Nizar and her legal assistant Ashika Mawjood were equally helpful with the purchase of our new property. Both cases worked together to make sure everything fell in to place with no hiccups. Very competitive pricing on conveyancing fees! Nayanjalie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - extremely responsive, professional, polite and confident. As first-time buyers, this was such an important purchase for our family and it certainly wasn’t the most straightforward journey! There were plenty of unexpected twists, particularly towards the end, but throughout the entire process we genuinely felt like we were in incredibly safe hands. Two things that would have made it a five: I did have to chase for updates a fair few times, usually by phone, and the initial quote turned out to be on the low side, so the final fees came in higher than I'd budgeted for. I think a more proactive communication and a clearer quote upfront would go a long way.
