I had an excellent experience with Nayanjalie and Kusal at Taylor Rose throughout my recent conveyancing. Nayanjalie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - extremely responsive, professional, polite and confident. She explained everything clearly, was always available to answer my calls and emails, and kept me fully informed at every stage. What stood out most was how proactive she was in keeping the transaction moving and maintaining pressure on the seller’s side to ensure we stayed on track with the timelines we were aiming for.
Kusal was equally efficient and helpful, handling all the paralegal aspects of the conveyancing thoroughly and promptly. Both Nayanjalie and Kusal were incredibly responsive, approachable and professional throughout.
Buying a property can be a stressful process, but having such a proactive and reliable team made a huge difference. We honestly couldn’t recommend Taylor Rose, and particularly Nishika and Nivini, highly enough.

As first-time buyers, this was such an important purchase for our family and it certainly wasn’t the most straightforward journey! There were plenty of unexpected twists, particularly towards the end, but throughout the entire process we genuinely felt like we were in incredibly safe hands.

Nishika and Nivini were proactive, responsive, patient and reassuring from start to finish. When things became particularly stressful and time-sensitive, they really understood the position we were in and went above and beyond to keep things moving. We never felt like we were just another case on their desk, we always felt looked after and knew they were doing everything they could for us behind the scenes.

We were especially grateful for how persistent the team were in those final stages, constantly chasing and doing everything possible to get us over the line when the timescales became incredibly tight. That level of care and commitment made such a stressful period so much easier for us.

I had a very positive experience with Taylor Rose throughout the purchase of my first property. I would especially like to thank Ayuni and Senuri for all their help and support. They were always responsive, helpful and patient with my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process.

Buying a property can be quite stressful, but I always felt that I could reach out whenever I needed clarification or support. I really appreciated their hard work, especially towards exchange and completion when everything became more time-sensitive.

Nihindu Gamage and Nethmi Thrimahawithana handled my flat purchase and got it completed without any real problems, so I'm happy with the outcome overall. Two things that would have made it a five: I did have to chase for updates a fair few times, usually by phone, and the initial quote turned out to be on the low side, so the final fees came in higher than I'd budgeted for. We had a great experience with Taylor Rose. They helped us manage two remortgages and an onward process with ease, speed and professionalism. In particular, we received great service from Nadara, Senuri, Paddya and Sankha.
