Nihindu Gamage and Nethmi Thrimahawithana handled my flat purchase and got it completed without any real problems, so I'm happy with the outcome overall. Two things that would have made it a five: I did have to chase for updates a fair few times, usually by phone, and the initial quote turned out to be on the low side, so the final fees came in higher than I'd budgeted for.
