In 2022 we took the decision to move into consultancy and operate our conveyancing services as consultant solicitors. This gave us the ability to concentrate on our main role which is to provide exceptional conveyancing services to our clients. Moving away from the administrative burden of running our own practice, has allowed us to concentrate on our core services and provide expert property law advice as well as exceptional customer service.
Triangle Legal Services Ltd is not authorised or regulated as a law firm by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
All legal work is undertaken by our directors, Sherine Silva (SRA No. 164747) and Karen Rieveley (SRA No. 157203), who are qualified solicitors individually authorised and regulated by the SRA under the Legal Services Act 2007 to carry out conveyancing and other reserved legal activities.
Our directors personally supervise and deliver all legal work for clients of Triangle Legal Services.
In certain cases, our team also provides consultancy services in collaboration with SRA-regulated firms including Taylor Rose MW and Premier Solicitors, ensuring full compliance with the SRA’s professional standards and the Legal Services Act 2007.
